This page explains what happens to your data when you visit troiastudios.com. The short version: this website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and makes no requests to third parties. Everything you see is served from our own server.
What this covers
This policy covers the troiastudios.com website. Each app we publish has its own privacy policy describing what that app does with data — you will find it linked from the app’s store listing.
The website
Two things are worth knowing:
- Your browser stores one item: the language you picked (EN or TR), saved locally under the name troia:lang. It never leaves your device and disappears when you clear site data. It is not a tracking cookie and is not used to identify you.
- Our server keeps standard access logs, as every web server does: IP address, date and time, the page requested, your browser’s user agent and the referring page. We use them only to keep the site running and to diagnose problems. They rotate and are deleted automatically after about two weeks, are not combined with anything else, and are never shared.
If you email us
When you write to contact@troiastudios.com we receive your message and keep it so we can reply and refer back to it later. Mail reaches us through Namecheap’s forwarding service and is stored in a Google-hosted mailbox, so those providers process it on the way. Please don’t send sensitive personal information by email.
Where the site runs
The site is served from a machine rented from Hetzner Online GmbH, located in the European Union.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share your data. There are no advertising networks, no data brokers and no analytics providers involved in this website.
Children
This website is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from them.
Your rights
Under KVKK (Türkiye) and the GDPR (EU) you can ask what data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, or object to processing. Write to contact@troiastudios.com and we will answer. Because this site collects almost nothing, in most cases the honest answer will be “server log lines from the past two weeks, if any”.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Meaningful changes will be described here rather than slipped in quietly.
